Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.
Services
Adword provides website development, design, graphics, and digital marketing services. The specifics of the services, including scope, pricing, and deliverables, will be documented in a written agreement before the start of any project.
Payment
Clients are required to pay the fees agreed upon for Adword’s services as outlined in the project agreement. Payment terms may include upfront deposits, milestone payments, or full payment upon project completion, as mutually agreed.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the services provided by Adword, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, remain with Adword unless otherwise specified in writing. Ownership of final deliverables will transfer to the client upon full payment, subject to any third-party licenses or agreements.
Confidentiality
Both Adwordand clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project. This includes, but is not limited to, company strategies, trade secrets, and project details.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information necessary for the successful completion of the project. Additionally, clients must cooperate with Adword and provide timely feedback or approvals to prevent delays.
Limitation of Liability
Adwordis not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. The total liability of Adword shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term. Upon termination, clients must pay for services rendered up to the termination date as specified in the project agreement.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan.
Updates to Terms
Cybdes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
